By accessing or using Automate Alberta's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Services Description
Automate Alberta provides custom AI and automation solutions for businesses in Alberta, including but not limited to workflow automation, AI integration, and custom software development. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Automate Alberta's website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
4. Service Terms
When you engage our services:

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them. However, Automate Alberta retains ownership of general methodologies, tools, and frameworks used in service delivery. Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of Automate Alberta.
6. Disclaimer
The materials and services provided by Automate Alberta are provided "as is." Automate Alberta makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
7. Limitations
In no event shall Automate Alberta or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if Automate Alberta or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
8. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Automate Alberta's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Automate Alberta does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
